Our Process
Once we’ve picked the right cardboard for your product from our full in-house range, we cut it to shape, press in the fold lines, print your logo on the lid or sides, and glue any edges or inserts that need it.
For large production runs of boxes with non-linear shapes, we start by making a cutting plate (a die) — the mould your cardboard gets cut and folded against, before printing happens.
For samples and small runs of unusually shaped boxes, our CNC plotter takes over. It’s also how we create the cut-outs and fun gift-style cardboard products you’ll spot around our website.
