Custom design

Bring us the thing. We will draw the box around it.

Send us the product, or the measurements, and our CAD team draws a die line built around it. You get a flat sample cut on the plotter to fold up and test with the actual thing before we make a single box.

Already have a box that is not quite working? Bring it in. We will tell you where it could be sturdier, smaller or cheaper, even if that means selling you less cardboard.

From your product to a die line

Five steps, and you see it in cardboard before you commit to a run.

Post it, bring it in, or send photos with the measurements at its widest points. Tell us how it gets shipped and what has gone wrong before.

Step two

We draw the die line

Our CAD team draws the carton around your product. Windows, handles, partitions, tuck flaps, whatever it needs to hold the thing and survive the courier.

Step three

A sample off the plotter

We cut a real one flat on the plotter. You fold it up, put your product in it, and find out whether it actually works before there are a thousand of them.

Print it, if you want it printed
Step four

Print it, if you want it printed

Plenty of jobs stay plain kraft, and that is a perfectly good answer. If you do want branding, there is a minimum run and you approve a PDF proof before anything is made.

We make it and send it
Step five

We make it and send it

Cut, printed, flat packed and couriered anywhere in New Zealand. The die stays on file, so reordering is quick.

Pepper and Me custom printed mailer box by Custom Cartons

ONE WE MADE EARLIER

Pepper & Me

Pepper & Me came to us with their design already sorted. We made it: printed inside and out, cut and creased so the product sits snug without a handful of fill, and sturdy enough to survive the courier network looking like that.

They brought the brand. We brought the cardboard, the press and the machines.

Tell us what you are packing. We will draw something that fits.

You do not need to know a single packaging term, or have any idea what style of carton you want. Describe the product and we will take it from there.

Or call 07 541 0011 and describe it out loud. Usually quicker.
