PRICED ON ENQUIRY - THIS ONE IS MADE OR PACKED TO ORDER
$15.00 Per 5kg Box (GST Exclusive)
Made on site with our cardboard shredder, we can produce netted cardboard sheets which make a great environmentally-friendly alternative to bubble wrap. Made from off-cut and waste cardboard, our perforated sheets are 100% recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
Perfect for protecting items that require protection and cushioning or can simply be used as void-fill. Due to our different lengths and widths of offcuts, the sizes will vary but will never be wider than 430mm wide. The length will vary. Specific sizes LxW (but not wider than 430mm) can be made to order if requested.
Sheets will come in 5kg boxes only but can be specifically requested for individual requirements.
These boxes can be couriered out singularly or freighted out for larger numbers.
All prices are GST exclusive prices
Please be aware that when we bundle this product, all bundles will be different. It will always be made from corrugated cardboard, but the cardboard it is made from will vary. It could be comprised of corrugated sheets which are white on both sides, brown on both sides, or even have had printing on it. It could be a combination of some or all these variants. But, even though that is the case, it will be quite consistent in thickness & strength.

How enquiring works
Why is there no price on this one?
Because the price genuinely depends on what you need. Some of these are cut to your measurements, some are priced by weight or roll length, and some come in bundles where the right quantity changes the rate.
Rather than put a number here that turns out to be wrong for you, we would rather you tell us what you are after and we will give you a real one.
What should I include in my enquiry?
What you are packing, roughly how many you need, and when you need it by. Measurements help if you have them. A rough idea is a perfectly good start.
How long until I hear back?
Usually the same working day. If it is complicated we will tell you that too rather than going quiet on you.
I just want something I can buy right now
Fair enough. Our stock die-cut cartons are priced on site and ready to order, in bundles of 25.
Not quite the right size?
Need a box to fit an ant? An elephant? An aeroplane?
Alright, maybe not the aeroplane. But if what you are packing does not fit anything on this site, send us the measurements and we will draw a carton around it. Length x width x height in millimetres, at its widest points. That is all we need to get started.
Ring 07 541 0011 and describe it out loud, usually quicker. Or email office@customcartons.co.nz
