Standard Cartons:
RSC: Regular Slotted Carton. Most commonly used carton with both top and bottom main flaps joining in the middle ready for you to tape together. These come flat in bundles.
FOLF SC: Full Over Lap Flap Slotted Carton. Similar to above but flaps go from one side to the other side.
Partial Flap: This can be a short flap from each side so as to leave a gap in the centre, or be some where between the centre and side of carton. These come flat in bundles.
Open Top RSC: The bottom can be the same as one of the above three and as the name states this carton has no top. The use of two of these cartons one inside the other allows you to telescope in or out to give a specific height. These come flat in bundles.
Five Panel Folders: These can fold over and down the front or meet in the middle. We can also produce this with over lapping flaps in the middle of the lid. These come flat in bundles.
Trays, Base & Lid: Supplied Flat, ready for assembly, stapling / gluing at corners required.
We may be able to manufacture and supply other configurations of the above where required. All the above can be made in the various board grades from small to large and can be made to measurement increases of ONE mm in all directions.
To measure a carton size we require your internal dimensions in the following order, Length, Then Width and Height as the last Measurement. The Length & Width are measured across the line of the flute in most cases. This puts the flute vertical and helps to take the load during stacking.
Quantities are from one upwards to order.
